we will only accept refunds and returns with substantial video or photo evidence that your product was damaged before arriving at your door
exchange policy
there will be no exchanges if the hoodie does not fit and it is the correct size you ordered. a detailed size chart for each product is provided to ensure you buy the size that will fit you best
damaged product
if you receive a damaged product, contact us within two days of receiving your order, and we will determine if a return or refund is appropriate
undelivered orders
if your order is undelivered, contact us within a week of the expected delivery date, and we will determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate
refund process
if we determine that a refund is appropriate for you, expect your refund to be processed within a week of the claim being accepted. please note that your refund may not appear in your account immediately. we reserve the right to deny anyone returns or refunds.
